PG Admission

Eligibility and Admission Procedure through Govt.

  • Candidates who have passed the B.Com, BBM and BBA degree from recognized Universities, the minimum percentage of marks scored by the candidate in the final year only shall be considered. However, the candidate shall enclose the marks statements of all three years/six semesters. The minimum percentage of marks in the cognate subject shall be 45% for the candidates of GM, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB, 40% for the candidates of Category I and 35% for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
  • 50% (20) seats will be filled by Kuvempu University through counselling as per University rules. Admission will be done only through UUCMS portal and hard copy of the application and related documents should be compulsorily submitted to Department of Post-Graduate Studies and Research in Commerce.
  • Candidates shall personally appear for the admission with all original documents and certificates, prescribed fees and other related documents. Candidates are required to report at the counselling centre of the Department concerned on the date/s of admission (see, University Website, Dates of events) and remain throughout admission.
  • 50 % (20) seats will be filled through management quota as per rules of the College. Students seeking admission under management quota shall approach the college to find out the details and procedures for admission.

  • TC Original Copy and One Photo Copy.
  • Migration Certificate (if applicable)
  • SSLC Original Marks Card and One Photo Copy.
  • II PUC Original Marks Card and One Photo Copy.
  • II PUC Attested Marks Sheet.
  • AADHAAR Photo Copy of Student & Parent/Guardian.
  • Caste & Income Certificate Photo Copy.
  • Passport size Photo -8 Copies.
  • Bank Pass Book Photo Copy.

Note: All above mentioned documents (both hard & soft copy) must be carried by the student during the time of admission.

Admission through Aargees App :

  • At PESIAMS, we take admissions through Aargees ERP.
  • Academic details like the class timetable, student attendance, test marks and the status of fee payment can be tracked by using the log in credentials provided to each student by the PESIAMS office.
  • Students/Parents can download Aargees Trackme App from the Play Store and access the academic and fee payment details of the student.
  • Students/Parents can pay college fees through this application using the below link.

  • Mobile Number must be linked with Aadhar Number for complying with various University Regulation.
  • The Mobile Number provided during the admission must be continued in service till the course completion.

Admission through UUCMS Portal

The Unified University and College Management System (UUCMS) is an integrated digital platform to streamline and enhance the management of higher education institutions. The platform is designed to provide a unified framework for the administration of universities and affiliated colleges, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and absolute communication across various stakeholders. This platform offers a student centric approach to providing digital access to academic records, services and improves the overall student experience.

After completing the admission procedure at the college, the student will receive instructions from the office to complete the admission procedure in UUCMS Portal through the link below.

After using the above link the student must complete the below steps :
  • UUCMS New Candidate Registration.
  • Fill the application with the required information.
  • After completing the admission application, the student application request will be received by the office through UUCMS. Once an application is received, the office will verify the students’ details and accept the application.
  • Once the application is accepted and verified by the college through UUCMS, students will receive a link in UUCMS to pay the university fees which is not included in the college fees.
  • After completing the above steps, the student will officially be admitted to the college and university.

Note: In case of any concerns and technical issues, the students may contact the concerned case worker at PESIAMS office.
