Prof.Jawahar. D. pursued his BE in Mechanical Engineering at BMS College, Bangalore, and his MS in Nuclear Science at Texas A&M University, USA. He brings rich experience and expertise gained through Edurite and his stint in the USA. In India, he has been working as the CEO of 11 PES Group of Education, spread across 5 campuses in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, and as the Pro-Chancellor of PES University, Bangalore Illustrious. He was awarded the “AIMO IIPE excellence award for the year 2006” by the All India Manufacturers' Organization and Indian Institution of Production Engineers in recognition of consistent outstanding contribution to the implementation of quality practices in technical education and training in Design and Manufacturing Systems. His experience in developing PES institutions as globally reputed institutions also served as guidance to running Prerana Educational & Social Trust.
